Here at The Image Tailor Ltd. we have been creating land for all types of property since 2005.
Marketing floor plans:
We create marketing floorplans for print and web use for property professionals.
Our floor plans are fully measured on site using calibrated laser measurers and operate within the RICS measuring guidelines. Unlike some firms all our measurements are recorded without rounding up or down, so you can be sure we are within the 3inch tolerance allowed per measurement.
The site sketches are manually re-drawn on a cad system to ensure we can include the highest level of detail exactly as it was on site. We don’t use automated systems or semi automated products. This ensures the sq/ft calculation is as accurate as can be without scaling the property in full.
Free amendments to plans are included and made by ourselves. If the amendment is sent to us before 11am we will get it back to you the same day.
We offer a choice of coloured plan or black and white plan and the option to have your logo as a watermark through the plan.
Re-draw of existing floorplans:
If you have a floorplan that needs re-drawing you can send it to us and we will re-draw with your logo for only £30 + Vat upto 2500 sq/ft.
